We recently reached a few milestones that are worth celebrating.
We recently served our 2,000th paying customer and have continued growing. We also recently served our 1,000th paying Pacifica resident and that number continues to grow as well.
We’re very excited about the number of Pacificans who have found our network useful. We have a lot of customers who use us for their residential and/or business ISP and other who just like to use the Hot Spot around town. Of course our residential and business customers get to use the Hot Spot at no extra cost.
Thanks to Pacifica for the opportunity to serve you.

We are thrilled to announce TWO great new programs that can save Pacificans a ton of money on Internet service, possibly even getting you service for free.
The first is SEND A FRIEND. If you are a Pacifica Net customer and send us a new customer via the link on that page, we will give you a FREE month of service. But wait, every month that your friend is a customer, we will also give you a $1 off your monthly service fees. Send us 10 friends, you get 10 FREE months + $10 off every bill after those 10 months are finished. FREE Internet sounds pretty good. If you are thinking about signing up and know somebody who is already a customer, have them send you an invite and save some money.
- FAIRMONT SUBDIVISIONS IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATION DISCOUNT DEAL
This program (click here) is a volume-based discount deal for resident homes that are members of the FSIA. Basically, as more homes sign up, the discount size grows larger and larger. Broadband Internet service for as little as $6.77? It is possible with this deal.
If there are other neighborhood associations like this that are interested in similr deals, please contact Drew Dunlevie at: info AT pacificanet DOT COM.

Many people in the community have been asking for a basic, low-price broadband Internet service to replace their Dial Up service. They want fast Internet at Dial Up prices and they want it from a friendly, local company they can trust.
So we launched a new service called Dial Up Replacement.
It features download speeds up to five times faster than 56K dial up service and the monthly charge is only $9.95. This price includes the rental of a receiving device that will connect to the Pacifica Net network. And there is NO CONTRACT.
If you are a user who does basic web surfing, email, etc., this is the service for you. Save a few bucks and surf the web with plenty of speed (5X faster than normal dial up).

If all goes according to plan, later today the public SSID PacificaNet will become a for pay portal. Guests and visitors to town and people who just want to buy a bit of broadband wireless time will be able to do so.
We’ll offer affordably priced increments of time (daily, weekly, etc.).
This roaming service will continue to be FREE to all our residential and business subscribers. So get your Apple iPhones ready!
If you have been using the PacificaNet SSID at home or at work, we urge you to contact us about getting a receiving unit for your location which will make the service faster, more reliable and totally secure.
Like all Hot Spots, the PacificaNet SSID is unencrypted for easy access. This is why we offer receiving units that provide for a totally secure service to residential and business monthly subscribers and offer advice on how to keep your surfing safe when using the portal.
