Roaming – Citywide Wi-Fi

One of the great things about a citywide Wi-Fi network is that you can “take your login out for a walk”.   I’d like  to conduct a quick survey to see some responses about where people would like to take their laptops and get web service (coffee shops, parks, beaches, etc.).  I want to make sure we have great service those places, so let me know if you have a place in mind.  Thanks.

Expansion Update (New Maps, New Service Locations)

We have now installed roughly 130 Access Points (AP) in Fairmont, Westview (Pacific Highlands), Pacific Manor, Edgemar, Sharp Park, Fairway Park, parts of Vallemar and Rockaway Beach, Pedro Point and parts of Linda Mar. We still have most of the Southeastern part of the city to do but we should start on that in the coming weeks.

Service should be available in parts of Vallemar and Rockaway Beach starting later next week with Fairway Park coming online shortly after that.
